Himself grilled a pork tenderloin rubbed up with Spice House Jerk Pork seasoning while I tended to the sides: crash potatoes, pan roasted radishes, and steamed asparagus. The asparagus got a snowfall of grated Parmigiana-Romano. So good!

I made myself a mini taco Frito salad. Then I promptly got hungry again, so I had a leftover burger with cheese sandwich.

I made a classic quiche with ham, fresh spinach, green onion, and lots of Swiss cheese in a Pillsbury crust. Sliced home grown tomatoes on the side plate with sliced avocado.
Looking forward to the rest of it for brunch tomorrow.
