[Cooking Goddess]

Himself grilled a pork tenderloin rubbed up with Spice House Jerk Pork seasoning while I tended to the sides: crash potatoes, pan roasted radishes, and steamed asparagus. The asparagus got a snowfall of grated Parmigiana-Romano. So good!

What did you have for dinner?

I made myself a mini taco Frito salad. Then I promptly got hungry again, so I had a leftover burger with cheese sandwich.

I made a classic quiche with ham, fresh spinach, green onion, and lots of Swiss cheese in a Pillsbury crust. Sliced home grown tomatoes on the side plate with sliced avocado.
Looking forward to the rest of it for brunch tomorrow.

We did the "breakfast for dinner thing."

Grilled chicken thighs with pilaf and carrots.

I made seared scallops and served them over some leftover corn risotto, alongside sautéed vegetables and a few quick pickles.
