Leftovers! At least luckytrim and bliss are cooking tonight. We had most of the leftover "whole enchilada pie".

An easy supper. I made some coleslaw, baked some frozen, bread halibut filets, and some frozen shoestring potatoes. It was delicious. Comfort food to the hubs. Malt vinegar for the "chips".

 

[Just Cooking]

Thawed a package of previously cooked navy beans and ham hock.
Served with bread and butter. A simple meal.

Blueberry dump cake was dessert.
