Ooh, Lima Beans with Bacon, yum LT!

I had an appointment in Town, so DH came along for the ride.
We decided to have Linner (late Lunch-early Dinner) at one
of our go-to joints.

Not pictured was our starter, a soft Pretzel and a pint of Amber Ale for moi

We both were disappointed, and have taken this place off our list.
:(

Tell me, do think that $45 for lunch is too much?
We kinda did.

I'm trying desperately to talk Himself into going out. If I fall, it's Fend. Plenty of leftovers, he can get it himself.

Heck yeah! That's about what we pay for two Imperial pints and two full dinners at our favorite Irish pub - and we usually have leftovers from our meals. Needless to say, there is no leftover beer.

Mister CG, take your wife out to eat!!
Ya know CG, my pint was only $5, the price of the food itself is what po'd us.
Having not gone out to eat all that much in the last 16 months, here in Cowboyville I might add, we felt like they're really gauging!!
We haven't been to our other favorite place yet, so ...

Baked pasta using bechemel, smoked fresh moz, fresh moz, ParmR, onions, mushrooms and spinach.

Spinach was the theme for tonight.

Boneless pork chops stuffed with a spinach and feta stuffing and spinach sautéed with mushrooms, shallot and garlic.

I only ate one of my Onion Rings at linner today, mainly
because they were stone cold! :glare::blink::mad:
I figured I could bring them home and re-heat them
in my spankin' new Air Fryer for a snack later tonight.

Meh, not so much.
All I tasted was the batter, no Onion, too bad.
But like I said, they're off our list.

I made a big leafy salad and threw in some shredded red cabbage, red onion, carrot, and fartichoke. We had that with tuna, hard cooked eggs, sautéed asparagus. There was some chèvre, capers, and ranchoid dressing to go on top. There were also radishes. To drink: shandies of ginger beer and Wernesgrüner Pils Legende.

There will be strawberries and whipped cream later, for dessert.
