After today's stressful dealings with the bank (I posted about it in Petty Vents), I wasn't up for making the planned Cordon Bleu chicken casserole. Instead, I defrosted some smoked salmon. So, we had smoked salmon on bagels with cream cheese and sliced onion. We had dill pickles and the last of the bean salad as sides. I have to remember to do that more often. It's really yummy. It actually works out less expensive than ordering a cheap meal for delivery and, not having to deal with ordering is a bonus.
