Tonight I made a dish my mom used to make us. It's a soup with onion, garlic, small shells ground beef and mint. It's topped with a couple of spoonfuls of yogurt. It's a quick version of dish called munti.

SO is not a fan so she had pea soup. I made a batch of Joey's CI skillet dinner rolls to accompany dinner.
 
Meatloaf, cauliflower/potato mash, carrots and green peas.

We had breakfast for dinner tonight. Mushroom and chive omelet with mozzarella cheese, link sausages, and crescent roll danish filled with cream cheese and blackberries. It's going to be hours before we have any room for dessert.

Craved fish and chips so, battered cod using Kayelle's "My Perfect Fish Batter" recipe.

The chips were Arby's brand frozen seasoned curly fries.

Baked banana bread so we had that for dessert.

I missed this one yesterday.

I made some potato leek soup with bacon. TB had chicken thighs with rice and greek salad.

Dessert was yogurt with fresh fruit (me - mango, TB - pineapple)
