Stir fry, red bell, onion, shrimp, baby corn, broccoli, green onions over jasmine rice. Shrimp and vege egg rolls with Chinese hot mustard for me, duck sauce for craig.

We had smoked salmon on toasted bagels with cream cheese, sliced onion, and capers. There was also a green salad, pickles, pickled artichoke hearts, and pickled onions.

We had really big loaded salads, followed up by small Aldi croissant sandwiches - ham and cheese, toasted in the toaster oven.
I've been resisting putting a pocket into another croissant and stuffing it with chocolate chips. Getting weaker...

We had leftover roast pork I seared in a skillet to heat up. Also red beans and rice.

We had beef stew! I wanted to make some fried bread with it, but opted just to have the beef stew. Nice for a cold night!

Jeannie made quesadillas from leftover steak. Reheated Spanish rice and a fresh green salad.
Finished off the chocolate cake for dessert.
