Great looking beef, Roch.

We had our first grill of the year - cheese hot dogs, potato salad, mac salad, and baked beans.

Healthy ish jalapeno poppers stuffed with leftover homemade chorizo pick up mix (chorizo and munster) mixed with some cooked onions, poblano chile and garlic. Topped with a little square of cheese. Oven roasted, not fried. There were a couple of zingers in among the 6, glad I didn't get the 2 hottest when Craig went WHEW! Corn and fontinella quesadillas. Homemade guacamole and pico. Cantina chips, which are super thin.

Seems like it's a hot dog kinda day. We had grilled hot dogs beans and sauerkraut.

I bought a pack of Costco all beef franks the other day..I like those..I have been wanting a hot dog since we brought them home, but we've had other things planned and a lot of left overs to deal with..maybe tomorrow..

Pork and pork belly banh mi, with pickled veggies, Kellie mayo, cilantro, etc.

We had a country omelette with grated cheddar and thinly sliced scallions. Wholewheat toast to go with it. More of the cherry rødgrød for dessert. There's enough of the rødgrød left for one more go.

We enjoyed reheated rib eye, butter noodles and green salad.

Cookies and milk was dessert.
