We ordered from a local TexMex resto. I had a burrito bowl and DH had a large burrito. It was very tasty.

We had ol-blue's cheeseburger meatloaf, remember her?, ranch potato salad, buttered herbed dinner roll and a small piece of pound cake with strawberries. Now I have to stay awake for a Zoom HOA meeting

Wednesday is my usual "use up things" day so I made a pie. (I find if you have a lot of savoury mince of any kind, covering it with lots of mashed potato makes it pretty good!)

Half of a roasted, skinned red bell pepper stuffed with the trinity, mirliton, bread crumbs, etc, covered with a shrimp and crab butter sauce. Based on a Paul Prudhomme recipe. Not healthy in any way whatsoever, 8 Tbsp butter and 1/4 cup heavy cream for 2 servings. At least there were lots of veges involved.

First shot at rotisserie chicken on the grill. Brined overnight and seasoned. The brining made all the difference it was fantastic.
