YUM LT! I love baby Tako (Octopus) !!!!
We three went out to Linner (late lunch/early dinner) at our near by Golf Country Club again... I really didn't feel like cooking at all today (it was cold cereal and fruit for breakfast).
Mom's Chicken Street Tacos
DH's personal Cheese Pizza
I had my usual, med-rare Burger with Sweet Potato Fries and a local draught Beer to wash it down with.
I only ate half my plate, so DH finished the Burger and Mom the Fries
I drank all of that gorgeous Beer myself!

Grazed through the leftovers. Nothing fancy, but we aren't hungry anymore, so there's that.
I tried making clam chowder for the first time. It was delicious. The clams were bottled bar clams, AKA surf clams. The clams are from P.E.I., Canada. It was delicious. I didn't need to buy clam juice, because I used the brine that the clams were in instead. I will definitely make this again, with tweaks, of course.

We finished off Tuesday's pot roast. Well, mostly finished. There's a bit more meat and gravy left. I'm going to slice it up and freeze it for a future meal or sandwich. The pot roast meal was at least as good as Tuesday's meal.
