kgirl, your Malibu Chicken dinner looks scrumptious! I had forgotten how much I like that, I'll have to put it on the menu soon.
Kay...your pasta and 5 cheese dinner sounds so good - I bet it was worth it to you to save up your carbs for the day to be able to splurge on some pasta. I know you've missed it!
CG...you've inspired me to get out a can of garbanzo beans and add them to my mixed veggie salad for this evening. Have some fresh veggies that need to be used up. I didn't know "Balela" salad had a name, I've made something very similar before. LOL But this evening's salad will be different, since I'm out of black beans and parsley.
dragn...your tuna salad sounds good with all those crunchies. I too prefer tuna packed in oil rather than water.
Great sounding dinners all around! I had a couple of chicken tacos and some leftover refried black beans.
