Boar's Head Brand Sweet Slice Ham, that I ask the Deli folks
to cut thick for Steaks, pan seared in rendered Bacon Fat :yum:,
with some steamed Broccolini and Three Cheese Tortellini
drowning in Olive Oil, Garlic, Butter
(sshhhh! DH claims to very much dislike butter ;)),
Parsley, and a splash of White Wine - finished with
a ton of grated Parmesan Cheese :yum:

THAT was a home run, outta the ball park, DELICIOUS!

DH said once finished, "Boy, you've really stepped up your game!
The food around here lately has been on the sad side." :glare::huh::ohmy::ermm::LOL:
 
Floured and fried chicken breasts with mashed potatoes and asparagus..It slid off the plate on the way to the table and was a mess..5 second rule was implemented..I saved most of it...the dog had fun...
 
One of our favorite and easy to do dishes--- quiche, Bacon, green onion and monterey jack cheese. Today I added about a half cup leftover sausage gravy stirred into the milk, Served alongside baby greens with dijon vinaigrette.
 
Last night we had White Castle. I had 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a salad.

Salad (iceberg lettuce, julienne carrot, julienne cucumber, bean sprouts, tofu, cilantro and peanut dressing).
