Boiled Jumbo Shrimps (Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Old Bay, Cumin, Black Pepper), Cocktail Sauce, Red Beans & Rice, Veggie Blend and the Salad, of course...

My grandmother used to say that well-brought up young ladies once always had red beans and rice for lunch on Mondays. :) I don't have red beans and rice often, but love it. And shrimp is an "anytime" food. :yum:

Delivery tonight is from the local Barbeque place. Brisket and pulled pork, mac-n-cheese, and other sides.

I made a big salad for us to share. Have been lacking in the veggie department while eating out. We'll be working through the leftovers, too. Maybe for two nights.

Tomato soup (Jacques Pepin recipe) and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

Joint effort tonight. I peeled the potatoes and chopped the onions and parsley. Stirling did the rest. It was biskemad (Danish hash).

The first picture is with the food in the serving dish and the second one is with the food on Stirling's plate.

I ate a good number of Chinese dumplings tonight, with a Chinese dip sauce, plus some nuoc cham. I also made a small dish of various greens, stir fried, with some nam prik pao added at the end.
