Roasted bone-in split chicken breast (a 1/4 of the breast), steamed California blend vegetables, mashed potatoes and pan gravy.

We've had a Wintery-Mix since very early this morning
and we're in need to comfort food.
I've made a fresh pot of the ever present
steamed White Rice
and will be heating up some Zippy's Chili

I brought back 6 boxes (2 boil-in-bag/box)
of the stuff, frozen, in my suitcase when we
came back from Honolulu.

Finished up the last of the corned beef and cabbage and mashed potatoes. Added a newly-baked pecan pie for dessert.

DH ordered pizza for him and a "steak steak" submarine sandwich for me. It took longer than usual to arrive. I was happy to hear it is because they are very busy. We had wanted to order Indian food from our favourite Indian resto, but they have temporarily closed during the risky part of the pandemic.

We had an egg scramble of linquisa and scallions, topped with avocado and sour cream.. Side was cheesy hash browns..
