We had a houseful after mom and dad's service today, veggie trays, crossant sandwiches, ham, beef, turkey, cheese potato, mac and tossed salads, tray of shrimp, brownies, cream puffs, pita chips and dips, lasagna, scalloped potatoes, everyone brought something so two tables just groaned..It's quiet now, and I'm just going to plop down and relax and do nothing..There is so much left over that if we get hungry we can just grab some of the goodies and that will be it. I couldn't face a stove tonight on a bet.

I agree with all of you on the ham (that is why I had BEEF TENDERLOIN for Easter) "There were no leftovers." no hassles of leftover ham-- YUK.

Hey Breeze, your turkey sandwiches sound great. melted cheese, yummmmmmmmmm.

I/we didn't have Ham. it wasn't even on the menu where we ate. but for all those people who did, has anyone thought of doing a ham loaf, or ham mousse or ham salad? just curious as there is only so much ham I can eat and so many sandwiches I can get down.
