What are you eating Friday December 24, 2021?

Christmas Eve dinner was Clams Casino, Shrimp Cocktail and Cocktail Sauce, Linguine with White Clam Sauce, Pan-Fried Garlic Butter Shrimp, Nišoise Salade, Garlic Bread and a glass of pinot grigio.

That looks like a delicious feast MsM.

We put out a bunch of cheeses, some salamis, Polish sausage, creton, crackers, knŠkbr°d (Scandinavian rye crispbread), and also had some chicken samosas with tamarind sauce. We started with the half bottle of rosÚ left in the fridge and then tried out a new-to-us local white wine. It's organic and we quite enjoyed it. It's called, Classique White Wine 2020 [Vignoble du Domaine St-Jacques Inc.].
