I tried Just Crack an Egg Denver Scramble for lunch after shopping. It's ok, quick and easy but nothing special.



Not sure what dinner will be.

Had some sausage ragu in the fridge from a couple of nights ago, so I fired up the pasta machine to make some fresh pappardelle (fresh pasta makes this an outstanding dish!). Green salad to go with it.

Black bean soup with carrots and whole grained toast. Tuna macaroni salad with peas and capers.

We ordered delivery pepperoni pizza and zeppoles for dinner.

My young neighbor brought me a bowl of hot Zuppa Toscana while I watched my grandson and her little boys playing together in the front yard. That'll be dinner for this evening. She also gave me a plate of home baked cookies. I'm so blessed with amazing neighbors.

We enjoyed a beige dinner of fried haddock, Tater dots, and coleslaw.

I went to Taylor, Texas today for business. Home of Louis Mueller's BBQ.

I had brisket!!! They also wrapped me up some brisket and one of their Fred Flintstone beef ribs nice and tight to go in my cooler.

My beef rib weighed in at just over two pounds.
