My younger daughter is visiting for dinner tonight. She'll do most of the work to make a pan of spanakopita for our dinner tonight. I've prepped the filling, she'll do the filo layering and SO is in charge of salads and dinner rolls.

Sesame beef stir fry, served over spinach fettuccine. Stir fry contains thinly sliced beef, red and green bell peppers, scallions, red cabbage and walnuts.

I'm eating a sandwich while I type. I've got packing of equipment and clothing for a 100-car photoshoot in Corpus Christi -- I fly down there tomorrow.

It's a studio shoot, with a 10X30 softbox (feet, not inches) and 18,000 watts of lights. I could cook with one of the lights... but it would probably be messy.
