Tonight's supper was hot chicken sandwiches with green masala vegis. It was the leftover chicken from last week's tray bake. Stirling got all white meat and I got all dark meat. That was delicious. It's such a comforting way to use up chicken, especially when it's cold out.

Picked up SO from the airport tonight so dinner was late. We ended up eating around 9:00PM. Sausage ravioli with my tomato sauce.

Second up in our trio of leftovers was scalloped potatoes and ham, along with the rest of the corn. All that's left is the ham and beans, which will work out good for tomorrow. I'm running my western shopping route tomorrow and won't have to cook or get takeout.
