Pappardelle topped with meat sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, ricotta cheese and fresh basil.

Reuben sammies with homemade Russian dressing, my small batch sauerkraut, leftover corned beef from last week, and swiss cheese. Steak fries cooked using the convection setting in the oven, which is supposed to mimic air frying. I put truffled salt on them.

I bought some ready to bake, breaded haddock fillets. I also had some store bought ready to bake French fries. Luckily, they take about the same amount of time, at the same temperature. I made some remoulade to go with that. I had some salad and some dressing left from yesterday. That was our supper. It was good enough that we are both stuffed. There was also malt vinegar for the fries and rosé wine to accompany the meal.
