I pulled the last corned beef from the freezer and cooked it with the usual suspects. In my bowl, though, it's more corned beef and carrots. The best part to me is soaking up the pot liquids with seeded rye bread.

Fried diced up Hot Dogs with Mac-n-Cheese and Peas&Carrots.
The thing that I didn't know was that I was suppose to mix the dawgs up with the Mac-n-Cheese

We had smoked salmon on bagels with cream cheese, sliced onion, and capers. There were also pickles and cole slaw. I am extremely fond of cold smoked salmon.

Well, the Creole' / Italian Fusion worked reasonably well.............
Thin Spaghetti and Meat Balls, Lefty Creole' Sauce.........
and the Salad......
