We ordered Chinese. Chicken with mixed veggies (with white sauce) and pork fried rice.
 
I have a meatloaf sitting in the fridge to let stuff meld. It will go in the oven in about 20 minutes. The rødkål (Danish red cabbage) will be ready by the time the meatloaf is done. Then I just have to heat the potatoes and maybe I'll make some gravy.
 
Goan chicken vindaloo with raita, Basmati and naan with nigella seeds. It was very good, definitely a make again even though it was a bit time consuming.

I have a pot roast with potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, along with some herbs and spices and beef broth and red wine in our clay baker. Gonna be a nice meal for a cold and humid evening.
 
Gator, crayfish and shrimp gumbo....

This time, I added garlic powder to the meatloaf. I will definitely be doing that again. That was a lovely improvement. We had it with a boxed Spanish red wine, some potatoes, gravy, and some freshly made rødkål (Danish red cabbage). I made a double batch. This time I shaped it with a bit of a valley in the middle and that worked well. Alas, it's DH's last day of extended holiday/vacation.

I made Greek shrimp baked in seasoned tomato sauce with feta on top, served with orzo, homemade focaccia and a few marinated cucumbers.
