Eye round was on sale again so I picked another up.

Eye round roast, mashed turnip & Yukon potatoes, spinach and burgundy pan gravy.

Stirling was feeling better yesterday, so he went to the party he had hoped to be able to attend. He partied a little too hardy and isn't feeling so great today. We had Habitant Pea Soup for supper.

Chilaquiles with chicken seasoned with S, P, cumin and coriander, with poblanos, onions, fresh tomatoes, garlic, Munster cheese, crema, cilantro and the leftover homemade corn tortillas sliced and fried, garnished with fresh cilantro. Great taste, but not a pretty picture in any way whatsoever.

Our granddaughter, her fiancé and their friend stopped by for a visit around dinnertime so we put it off until they left. Then we quickly nuked some kretopita (Greek meat pie with phyllo). Dessert was apple pie and ie cream.

Picked up two Uno's personal pizzas when I was grocery shopping, pepperoni for Himself and plain cheese for me. Quick and easy.
