Okay. Well, now I have an electric skillet and can fry outside, not stink up the house, no greasy clean up, and all done
with precise heat. Gummy, nasty fried foods are just gross!
I was just making a throw-together-use-up-whatcha-got dinner
I don't normally cook Chicken Breast, but I got a whole bird and
broke it down, I figured a nice cutlet would be nice.
I wound up with two, `cuz they were Dolly-Chickens.
I got 4 meals + bones for stock!!!
