Dang, LT, that looks really good!

We have plenty of leftovers except for veggies. I have Brussels sprouts that will join in with bacon and mushrooms to make them really yummy. Otherwise, Himself gets to have all of the plain ones when they're steamed.

I did a take-off on Kayelle's Greek Thighs. I SV a couple of chicken breasts seasoned with Cavender's. Separately, I cooked orzo in stock and more Cavenders and lemon juice. Finally, I gave the cooked breasts a quick sear in a CI skillet. Viola!

I should have planned the colors better. Kinda bland.

I didn't have very many spoons, so I made a very simple supper. I dug out a bag of crumbled, browned ground beef from the freezer. I boiled some wholewheat elbow macaroni. I made a simple cream sauce. I mixed the ground beef into the cream sauce and added the cooked macaroni. I didn't have any spoons to do any veg, so I pulled out some canned dolmas and a jar of marinated artichoke hearts and called it good. It was pretty good but, I have to work on that cream sauce.

YUM LT!

My plan is to re-heat the Three Cheese Tortellini leftover
from the other night.
I'll add to that plate a Chicken Cutlet and a side Salad
of some sort.

I put DH's dinner on the table and he says,
"Chicken Milanese! DELICIOUS! Why don't we have this more often?"
Okay. Well, now I have an electric skillet and can fry outside, not stink up the house, no greasy clean up, and all done
with precise heat. Gummy, nasty fried foods are just gross! :glare:
I was just making a throw-together-use-up-whatcha-got dinner
I don't normally cook Chicken Breast, but I got a whole bird and
broke it down, I figured a nice cutlet would be nice.
I wound up with two, `cuz they were Dolly-Chickens.
I got 4 meals + bones for stock!!!
