I'm grazing on leftovers tonight, so I can cook something new tomorrow. Although, a bowl of Fettuccini Alfredo does sound good.

What's cooking in your kitchen?

I fired up the Weber this afternoon and grilled a few chicken thighs. Small homemade potato salad for a side.

I made a killer creamy pasta salad and SC is going to pick up the three new "Food Truck Inspired" sandwiches they have at Jack in the Box.

Ha Ha...you might have guessed these three $5 "food truck" sandwiches looked nothing like advertised nor were they anything special. Good thing I know my way around a kitchen. So much for that, although my pasta salad was really good.

When I roasted the sheet pan chicken dish last night, I had also baked a half-dozen stuffed peppers (1/2 peppers, to be exact) to make for tonight's supper. I served those up with tossed salad, mashed potatoes, and canned corn. Himself deemed it pure comfort, since we've been putting up with uncomfortable weather all day. (CD, note no Christmas plate ;) )
