We had Shrimp Clemenceau for dinner last evening. Been thinking about it for a while, and realized I had all the ingredients in the house! Wild Gulf shrimp, button mushrooms, potatoes, peas, butter, white wine.
Wine is the food that completes the meal.

The market had lovely Grouper filets, so bought a nice thick one. Coated it in a bottled lemon-peppercorn sauce I had on hand, & then dipped it in seasoned breadcrumbs & baked at 375 for 20 minutes. Served with dill-butter sauteed cucumber.

I don't know about the vinegar, but I've heard the cinnamon does help.I'm a what works person, although I'm past using most meds. I'm on insulin since my kidney;s failed. Hate the stuff tho. But it works, so injections when ever I eat.
