We had Shrimp Clemenceau for dinner last evening. Been thinking about it for a while, and realized I had all the ingredients in the house! Wild Gulf shrimp, button mushrooms, potatoes, peas, butter, white wine. :chef:
 
The market had lovely Grouper filets, so bought a nice thick one. Coated it in a bottled lemon-peppercorn sauce I had on hand, & then dipped it in seasoned breadcrumbs & baked at 375 for 20 minutes. Served with dill-butter sauteed cucumber.
 
thank you. i took meds plus 2 vinegar pills and 2 cinnamon pills with dinner. i really think the cinnamon and vinegar helps. i grind cinnamon on food when it goes (like plain yogurt) on use red wine or malt vinegar when possible. i love spinach and beef or the bison burgers.
I don't know about the vinegar, but I've heard the cinnamon does help.I'm a what works person, although I'm past using most meds. I'm on insulin since my kidney;s failed. Hate the stuff tho. But it works, so injections when ever I eat.
