I made chicken breasts stuffed with a mushroom duxelle, and macaroni and cheese from a blue box, LOL!
We also had a salad.
Was really good!

meat loaf i think, new potatoes roasted in oven. veggie will probably be spinach.
gonna bake something sweet, not sure just yet.

boy is my face red. defrosted cube steak instead of burger. it looked like burger.

anyway, ended up with chicken fried steak, a cauliflower mash and a salad. it was very good, anyway.

First time making the Persian Chicken. My husband, oldest son and I loved it. The two younger boys though it was OK and ate it. In my house that is a success!

i think I will be working with a freshly dug sweet potato...maybe baking or microwaving it, with a few additions like butter, cinnamon, maybe a smidgen of maple syrup..

That sounds so yummy. I bet it was good!
