I've changed my mind. I think I'll make another loco moco tonight with a large amount of broccoli.
 
OK, not necessarily a large amount of broccoli, but a large amount of loco moco :LOL:
And the best part? I incorporated one whole Vidalia onion into my meal (between the rice, burger and gravy) :chef:

We ended up with sausages, cream corn and mashed potatoes with me eating just the corn and potatoes all mushed together....a long time family favourite!

I don't mush them together, but I love creamed corn or creamed peas on top of mashed potatoes, like gravy. I also love creamed corn on Rice-a-Roni. :cool:
 
This is why I've never liked the reverse sear process. There's no way to recover from overdoing the first step.

I use a remote thermometer to help me with my timing. I haven't done it enough to get a feel for it.
