I'm going to do a "low Country Boil" but with a twist. Instead of Old Bay seasoning I'll be using some jerk marinade. Chicken, andouille, shrimp, potatoes and corn

Vegetable soup.. bread-n-butter and Triscuits on the side. The soup is going to have carrots, peas, bell pepper, onion, beans, tomato and rice.

After two nights in a row of chili, we're having ham and scalloped potatoes.
We get by with a little help from our friends

Made a scallop and veggie stir-fry tonight. Used lightly steamed broccoli, julienned baby carrots, celery, baby corn and four types of mushrooms. Shrimp shumai as an app and Breyer's Thin Mint Cookie ice cream for dessert...life is good. Now I need a glass of wine to finish off my night...

Chicken noodle soup and a cheese sandwich on a baguette.
