Gonna try a couple homemade pizza, neopolitan style.

No tomato sauce on either.

One with prosciutto, goat cheese, pear, rosemary, and drizzled with balsamic vinegar..

The other with roasted mushrooms, sottocenere (Italian cheese with truffles), sprinkled with fresh tarragon & parsley.

We had leftover leftovers. I was at an out of town funeral today and was just too tired to cook when I got home.

My sister, who doesn't like to cook but is good at it, is bringing over supper so that she, Dad and I can watch the Great Britain/Canada Curling match tonight. I am hoping it is one of her wonderful casseroles.

Aloo Gobi, Gilled Chicken and Naan

Chicken marinated in yogurt and spices then grilled. Aloo Gobi, the cauliflower and potatoes were oven roasted before going in. Spice level was kept low to keep the wife happy. The naan was store bought and heated on the grill.

I made Mark polish sausage with yukon gold potato chunks and baby carrots. He had a salad to start things off.

I made Cubanitos.... nothing but a grilled, sliced Cuban sandwich.... with some of the roasted potatoes....... This was made on peppery ciabatta bread. The stuffing was sliced pork, bacon, swiss cheese, dill pickle, and yellow mustard.
