I like to make it worth while when I light the oven so I have a chicken roasting and a ratatouille lasagne in the oven at the moment - very cosmopolitan:yum:

Not sure what I'm going to eat first.
 
Tonight is shrimp with an orange/soy/ginger sauce with rice and steamed green beans.
 
Another grill basket of marinated veggies tonight and I'll throw in a package of Lil' Smokies to make it a meal. We need some garlic toast too. Easy peasy.

Grilled BBQ chicken leg quarters, potato salad, green beans, and cantaloupe for dessert. Good ol' summer fare!

That worked out well. I thought we needed some Spanish Rice too.

Pancetta wrapped then grilled fresh porcini with a Caprese style salad. We subbed roasted red bell for the tomato.
