Sorry, Mav, but I guess I didn't make enough meatloaf afterall. DH, SIL and the border each took huge double helpings, DD and I had some and then the guys divided up the rest for their lunches tomorrow leaving nary a crumb for you (and I don't use crumbs of any kind in my all meat meatloaf!) Awwww no fair! Thats ok, we ended up making Panang tonight. She brought home some sweet brown rice so I used some chicken strips meant for salad to make one batch and some lobster meat (imitation that she uses on her salad) to make another batch. Just enough for all of us!
