What's For Dinner Memorial Day - May 28, 2007?

I tossed some "Buffalo" seasoned chicken sausages on the charcoal grill, sauteed up some sliced green, orange, & red bell peppers & a Vidalia onion in extra-virgin olive oil, & served it all up with spicy ketchup on crusty Italian bread.
