We will have not particularly Thanksgivingy spaghetti amatriciana and roasted bell peppers, followed by pretty thanksgivingy pumpkin pie (though with a touch of Italian flair, made with ricotta

James and I had turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potatoes, jellied cranberry sauce, cranberry salad, Waldorf salad, fruit salad, rolls, green olives, black olives, and later for dessert (when our dinner has settled!) we will have pumpkin pie. Everything turned out perfectly, if I do say so myself. I'm sometimes kind of hit-or-miss with gravy, but it was perfect today. Yay!

We had our Thanksgiving dinner around 4:30 yesterday afternoon. So, we had turkey, dressing, green bean cass., pineapple cass., mac & cheese, candied yams, gravy, chocolate cake with cream cheese icing, brownies, & mini pumpkin pies.
