Oh my, what a food day it was - and there was plenty for gate crashers...in fact a couple of the neighbors did just that! Just as well, I sure didin't want that much Flan leftover in the house :)

an old cook, still learning new tricks!
last night i made "braised tofu with peppers and onion" served it over rice...mmmm it was good
I also made a "Pineapple upside down cake" but we havn't even tried that yet (i made it far to late at night)
