My son fired up the grill and did some pork chops - DIL whipped up a saffron rice pilaf, brussels sprouts in a butter sauce, cut corn and green beans.

Dinner is a baked salmon fillet with roasted potatoes.

The salmon fillet was baked in a foil packet with butter, lemon juice, green onion, italian seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper.
The potatoes were roasted with canola oil, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
