Sounds great, kadesma. What cheeses do you use in the mac & cheese?

I used sharp cheddar, fontina,some velveta,sour cream, (not a cheese but:LOL:) colby jack and parmesan. I really love the flavor of the fontina in there yummy.Buttered sour dough bread crums on top and baked til golden.

Last night I made pork tenderloin en croute. Oh, call it pork Wellington. It turned out beautifully. Since my husband and my guest are both borderline diabetics, the puff pastry was the starch. I cheated on green beans almondine. None of us are desert/sweets lovers, and the wine served as the rest of the carbs. Great dinner, if I do say so myself. I'm still washing dishes (don't have a dishwasher).
