I'm having leftover grilled chicken legs and potato salad from yesterday. :)

What's on everyone's plate for this evening? :chef:

I'm feeling sort of tired so I think it's going to be some hash made from last nights ham and cabbage with an egg on top or not.

Ham, Pepperoni, Provalone, salad sprouts, spicy brown mustard on sourdough rolls with sweet mini peppers and baby carrots.

Princess, it's a rare treat to see you posting a dinner pic - it looks fabulous!

It was so colorful and it wasn't ramen:LOL:

Most meals are solo these days with the different diet requirements for the Ogre and I.

I'm going with some chicken thighs, diced potato's and carrots in tomato sauce, coconut milk and chicken tikka masala spice packet. Maybe defrost some naan bread to warm up in the toaster oven. Apple pie for dessert.

When ever I make scratch Cheese Raviolis,
(dear SIL's recipe)
I make ALOT!
Today was 16 dozen
(I'm very tired)
I flash freeze them and then
put them into zip top bags
This way we have fantastic
Homemade pasta when ever we like.
I served it with homemade Marinara
meatballs and Italian sausage, hot and mild
and focaccia
My American-Italian husband's family always
had an Iceberg salad at the end, our house omits that
very happy husband tonight ;)

I would be happy too. Nice job.

Joey, PF, Kgirl, your meals look delicious.

We had butter chicken, using Patak's butter chicken sauce, with a salad and brown basmati rice. It was quite good.

Now I want to find a good, scratch, butter chicken recipe. The hard part of the meal was boning out the chicken breasts. From Googling, I see that the original butter chicken was made using leftover tandoori chicken. What a great idea.

There will be strawberries and whipped cream for dessert.

Salmon steak drizzled with olive oil with sliced onions, S&P on top and baked at 400F for 20 min, chunks of yukon potatoes boiled up, zucchini sliced into 1/8" rounds and fried, salad with blue cheese dressing, french bread. Salmon has sure gotten expensive, $10.99 lb. In fact, it didn't seem that fresh. If it tastes weird, I'm getting my money back for it ($6.99). . The gal at the meat/fish counter encouraged me to do so if it tastes bad. It seemed a bit mushy. Will know in about 20 minutes.

GREAT pictures tonight!! We eat with our eyes, right?
Tonight I made chicken wings and fried rice with Kgirls help. I even used Spam for the rice. Everything was really really good!! ONO...

Bacon wrapped pork loin on the bbq. Sliced thin and served on pita with assorted fillings. Had a few no shows at my mothers so there is over half of it left over....
