Tonight was bowtie pasta with tuna, green chiles, spices, and melted extra sharp cheddar.

For me, there's never a question. Mashed potatoes and pan gravy always go with fried chicken. Yum!

Last night, I broiled some Lil' Smokies beef sausages and served them with homemade jalapeno mustard. I also made German potato salad with some bacon that needed cooking. Delish!
