What's for Dinner Tuesday April 28?

I grilled a flank steak and made this Asian type sauce with soy, sesame oil, sesame seeds, ginger, rice vinegar and tossed it on shredded napa cabbage, carrots, and whole wheat udon noodles, then tossed in the steak and some cilantro. I think that about sums it up. It was pretty good! I thought about taking a picture but I didn't think it looked very appetizing! :LOL:
 
I'm having penne pasta in a parmesan cream sauce with sauteed mushrooms, onion, green pepper and prosciutto added at the end.... garlic bread on the side.

This was my dinner...

Laurie, I will check with you in two years, when our new asparagus bed is in full production....right now I am harvesting off about 30% of the bed and it is plenty.......whatever were we thinking planting 100 crowns:wacko:
