I have NO clue what to make for dinner. I'm looking for inspiration tonight. Whats everyone else having?

I am not sure as I am in high level baking mode (because of Alix's reminder of only 9 more sleeps!) and am taking Dad out for his last shopping this afternoon. Probably something simple but I have no idea. Cooking meals this time of year is a real struggle.

We're having some pasta with a shrimp and tomato sauce. I made a batch of oatmeal cranberry cookies and I might let SO have one for dessert.

It's going to be leftovers of the mac-n-cheese with some vegie on the side.

either lentil soup or leftover beef & gravy, sans the taters, with peas instead.

We're having a re-run of beef and noodles. It's always best the second day!

We are having chicken thighs with mustard and seasoned salt, mixed rice thing in broth, steamed carrots and a green salad. I'M STARVING!!! Madeleine is setting the table right now so I'm off!

We had the macaroni, and the side was broccoli and bread-n-butter
