What's Monday's Grub? Apr. 2/12

I made a denver omelette / more like denver scramble with the last of the leftover ham, some onion, jalapeno pepper , some shakes of tabasco in the egg mix and colby cheese. And 5, count 'em 5 leftover green beans. One slice of multi grain buttered toast. It was just right.
 
Ended up making a marinade of fresh lemon juice and garlic for the chicken. Then I mixed butter with parsley, minced garlic, ground pepper and lemon zest and stuffed it into the chicken breasts. Then I baked them. I sauteed some green beans in a little butter and seasoned them with dill weed and black pepper. Made some drop biscuits and served them with a little honey.
 
i had chicken leftovers so i assembled a nice orzo pasta casserole. It tastes really good.
