Chungah has never steered me wrong with any of her recipes, so I'm doing this one tonight, and doubling the sauce. I'll serve it with some Jasmine rice, and steamed broccoli. Love lemon anything...

I've had a craving for stuffed bell peppers, so that was this afternoon's dinner. Really hit the spot.

Oh boy, this is yet another keeper recipe from her and I like my new plates.

It indeed was Damn Delicious... Glad I doubled the sauce, and added some lemon zest.

Our dinner. There were two preparations. The syphon was thinly sliced with a kiss of lemon juice and the belly was fried with a coating of panko.

We had more leftovers from Sunday. Enough for 1 more day, which will be either today or tomorrow.

DH cooked this in the slow cooker. It was just a little bit tough, but good.

We had slow-cooked Marsala braised beef short ribs with the usual complement of onions, carrots, celery, cabbage, & potatoes. Great stuff on a cold winter day !
