fried meatloaf slices and wide noodles/cheese sauce/garlic scapes

will be making an almond and semolina pudding today, for the weekend...it is an unique Greek/Turkish/Lebanese dessert that is really a lemon almond cake with a sugar syrup poured over...got this recipe on this site a few years ago..

One son home from college, other son coming for dinner - request of chicken nuggets will be honored (I make my own) with french fries.

We're having fresh broccoli and chopped sirloin patties. DH is trying to lose weight, and it wouldn't hurt me to lose a few pounds too.

Good old fashioned thick hamburgers with all the fixins'. I had mine without the cheese bun. Not the same, but close.

Last night was Zatarain's "Dirty Rice" mix with sauteed ground chicken, chopped fresh organic Golden Beet greens, & broccoli florets mixed in. Served with a big green salad.
