Made some more crock-pot barbecued ribs. Will have some corn-on-the-cob with it. Certainly sure we'll be full.

SO and I are having breakfast for dinner. Eggs, sausage/bacon, hash browns.

We have ordered delivery food. DH will be having a pizza. I will be having a two stick souvlaki platter.

We had two small portions of leftover shrimp and pasta from last night. We also had two leftover Italian sausage from a few days ago. We each had half of the pasta and one of the sausages. Since the pasta dish had Italian seasoning in it, they went well together. Big garden salads preceded the leftovers.

We had one of our favorites...crock-pot barbecued ribs, along with corn on the cob. We were more than satisfied.

Not picture worthy, but delicious just the same.



We had spicy fried chicken thighs, finished in the oven while I made the skillet cream country gravy with mushrooms to spoon over the top of the mashed spuds and fried chicken. Glorified salads with avocado and lots of other goodies completed the meal.
