I had a cold lturkey sandwich on 12 grain WW bread, cranberry/orange zest mayo with onions and havarti cheese (open face, only sandwich I eat with a top is a burger); potatoe chips, olives and coffee. Had a piece of chocolate cake (from my neighbor) for dessert.

Fajita Sandwich, which is onions, bellpeppers, and chicken, like you would make for traditional fajitas, placed on a open faced french roll, sprinkled with cheese, and toasted in the oven until the cheese melts.
