me:
meat-toss-up between rack of lamb and filet
fish-tilapia and tuna
poultry-cornish game hen but i would like to cook more kinds. it's just hard cause i can't see cooking a duckling for 1 person. quail looks yummy. any tips?

Meat: ribeye for sure
Fish: Fresh fried walleye
Poultry: Roast Turkey

Poultry....Chicken Livers
Beef......Porter House Steak
Lamb......Ground(in stuffed grape leaves)
Pork.......Boneless Boston Butt...Roasted or BBQ
Fish.........Tilapia or Catfish
Seafood....Lobster
 
I have to admit that I've never had anything with fins, feathers, hooves, or shells that I didn't like. I just go with what I'm in the mood for ...
 
Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
Steaks - top sirloin or london broil but must be choice
Loin Pork Chops
Honeybaked Ham
Shrimp cooked anyway
Ribs, baby back and sometimes beef
Turkey, breast only and sometimes smoked
Corned beef in March
Wild Salmon and Halibut and occasionally lutefisk when I can find it
Tuna
Reindeer when at my cousins in Stavanger, Brandbu or Slependen
