ENGLAND - Heathrow Airport ... any good food?

I did end up eating a Pret a Manger sandwich. It was good. I wish I could remember what was it it so I could make it for my lunches this year.

Well there is only a few types they make was it seafood base, mayo based or veggie or meat

I happened to write it down and find it because someone mentioned it to me (that they'd read it in my blog).
It was hummus, cucumber, red pepper, toasted pine nuts, and mixed greens.
