We had to go to Miami on short notice last week, so we picked a nice hotel to spend one night. We went to the Mayfair, beautiful place, japan-themed, with a hot tub on each (private) balcony... great stuff. Well, the reason we picked that place was because of their restaurant, the Ginger Grove. It's an actual restaurant, not just for hotel guests. Asian, as the name suggests. It's been getting great reviews, and the menu made us drool. Well, it figures the day we showed up, the restaurant was closed... though we were informed the kitchen was still open for room service. That limited the menu options some. I ordered an asian chicken salad that was fantastic, though. I can still taste it :) I'll definitely be going back there again. It has a lot of fish dishes I can't wait to try!
